Seller delivered the product as advertised in a sealed box, brand new. Unfortunately, the item was defective. The seller provided an immediate refund. While I wish the stand had worked, it was not the seller's fault and they did everything right on the refund. The seller was not very communicative about the item before the sale, but was excellent once the sale was made and when a refund was needed. I would buy from them again.

I purchased an item from this seller which was advertised as "Open Box" condition. The description for an "Open Box" item per eBay is "An item in excellent, new condition with no wear..." Upon receiving it, there was clear and obvious signs that it was used, along with a broken piece prohibiting proper operation of it. The seller was decent in conversation, but refused to admit that the condition was falsely advertised. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience and overall purchase.

Customer had purchased an open box item due to the price. Brand new unit is $250, not $50. "Open Box" was even added to the title to avoid confusion.
After receiving, the customer blackmailed us with feedback to get free item. We do not pay for feedbacks. Refused to return.
