PAYMENT - Payment is accepted through Paypal only
OFFERS - All "REASONABLE" offers made will be considered. However, I'm under no obligation to accept any offer extended.
SHIPPING - With the exception of custom order items, shipping is made within 24 hours after receipt of payment. If I'm unable to ship within that timeframe, you will be contacted as to why.
Generally, shipment is made by Standard Post. Standard Post is automatically assigned a tracker number by the Post Office. Should your order be shipped by First Class Mail, Delivery Confirmation will be obtained by me.
Should Priority Mail or Overnight delivery be required, please contact me to obtain additional costs associated with this type of shipment.
For international customers, shipment is generally made by either First Class International Mail, or Priority Mail International, depending on the size and weight of the parcel. International customers are encouraged to contact me prior to purchase, to obtain an accurate/updated shipping cost directly to their zipcode. Shipping costs contained in the listing are averaged and pertain to Canada only.
Orders will be packaged to best protect the contents. If it is believed that insurance is necessary, such will be provided. Custom ordered items will be shipped within the timeframe and method specified in the listing. I do offer combined shipping.
My US shipping cost is developed by utilizing an average postage cost to ship an item Standard Post within the continental US based on size and weight of the listed item. Should you reside outside of the continental US (Alaska, Hawaii, U S Territories, etc.), please contact me for a shipping cost directly to your zipcode. Additionally, my shipping cost includes both outside and inside packaging material costs for the item.
Subsequent to shipment, and in addition to placing shipping information into the ebay system, I will send you a private email letting you know your order has been shipped, and will provide you with the tracker number and expected delivery date. The expected delivery date provided to you, is the same date provided to me by the Post Office on my receipt form. If your order does not arrive on that date, please don't penalize me for it in your feedback, as I have no control over when the Post Office actually delivers your order to you. However, I am always happy to assist you with tracking your order if requested to do so.
GENERAL RETURNS - I offer a 14 day return policy. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. No returns can be made on custom ordered items. Buyer is required to contact me prior to return of any item specifying reason for return, and providing pictures if requested to do so. Returns shall be made in the same packaging as received whenever possible.
HOLIDAY & SEASONAL RETURNS I offer the same 14 day return policy like I do for General Returns, except that a 30% restocking charge shall apply for all Holiday & Seasonal returned items. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
REFUNDS - For General Returns, refunds will be made on the original purchase and shipping cost of the item only. Refunds will not be made on return shipping costs.
For Holiday & Seasonal Returns, refunds will be made on the original purchase price of the item, less a 30% restocking charge. Original shipping costs will be refunded; however, return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Claims for broken or damaged items received, and covered by insurance, shall be handled by Buyer directly with the Post Office for reimbursement.
