| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:I allow for a 7 day return policy. Please notify me if you wish to return an item within 7 days after you receive it. If the item is not a as discribed I will issue a full refund. For any other reason notify me to discuss terms. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes. Please notify me if you have more than one item you are bidding on so that I can hold off on invoicing you. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:As I am sure you can imagine, payments trickle in through out the week. To avoid the need to charge a handling fee, I ship on Tuesday & Friday of every week. If for some reason there is a problem, I will ship the very next day. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Please use the calculator. If shipping seems very high for an item, I most likely made a mistake on the weight. Please notify me so that I can correct that information. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:Yes, I will ship World Wide. For Canada the shipping charge usually falls between $6.50 and $8.50 but that is not a quote since a big glass tray will cost more then earrings. Please ask because I try to make sure and save you on shipping. |
