Returning Fixed Price or Store Items Within 14 days After Received:
Please notify us by email if you intend to return it. DO NOT simply return it. Items returned without pre-approval may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
On eBay purchases, we will issue a mutual withdrawal notice through eBay. They will send you an email of the cancellation so that you can agree to it. This is allows us to get a refund of our final sales fee and to track the return. Without this agreement the return may be subject to a 15% fee.
Please send the return to the address we provide in our email communication.
Once we receive the return and everything is OK, we will issue a refund using the same form of payment used to pay for the item less shipping unless it was not as described.
Returning Based On Letter of Authenticity
If at any time you discover that we were incorrect in the authenticity of a piece, you may return it for a refund or exchange. The letter we provide you has no time limit and does not expire. Please provide two independent "expert" opinions in writing as to the provenance for which they agree plus a receipt of payment and we will issue you a refund.
If there is a problem with getting documentation we will work with you on a possible exchange so please notify us. The letters are not transferable. Here is a sample of the letter.
We stand behind everything we sell 100% and will upon request provide a letter guaranteeing in perpetuity this piece is authentic and as described. We offer a 14 day unconditional return policy on Fixed Price and Store purchases only. Due to the nature of auctions and the extremely discounted prices, all sales are final unless the item is grossly misrepresented.
Layaway Policy
We recognize that these wonderful pieces are one-of-a-kind and if you don’t buy it now, you may lose it forever. This is only more challenging when thinking about how you are going to buy a fantastic gift for the holidays. So are now offering a Layaway plan as an affordable way for you to purchase these treasures over time. Purchases over $200 are eligible for a 2 payment Layaway and $300 for a 3 payment layaway. THERE ARE NO FEES OR INTEREST (except for cancellation after 14 days).
Items totaling over $200.00 may be purchased on layaway. There are no hidden charges or interest applied. The seller holds all layaway purchases until the balance is paid in full. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY TO ALL LAYAWAY ITEMS AND WILL BE CALCULATED INTO THE PAYMENTS.
Initial payment of 1/2rd down on items totaling $200 to $299 and Initial payment of 1/3rd down on items $300+
Payments may be made through PayPal, check or money order or any combination.
The first payment must be received before we will put the item layaway so we recommend PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, we do accept credit cards over the phone.
Checks returned from your bank marked NSF or for any other reason are subject to a $20 fee.
When purchasing In store or fixed priced items:
You may cancel your layaway within 14 days after making your first payment and receive a 100% refund.
After 14 days you may cancel and receive a refund less a 25% administration fee.
If the item is not as described after you receive it, we will exchange or issue you a store credit for the sale price less shipping.
There are no cash refunds on layaway purchases.
