| Q:What does 925 mean? Is the item marked 925 (or 14k)? |

| A:925 is an international symbol for sterling silver because sterling has to be a minimum of 92.5% silver with the rest brass, nickel, zinc or some other metal to give it strength. While most of our items are stamped or marked, a few are not because they came with paper tags or in a bag of multiple items where the bag was marked or they are too small |

| A:All of our products are NEW unless it is stated in the auction description as being from an estate, used, worn, collectible, etc... |

| A:Yes, we send our an email 6-12 times a year alerting our customers to sales we are running and new items we have gotten in. Only customers who sign up for the mailing list receive the emails. You can sign up for our mailing list on our ebay store and on our auctions. We don't share or sell any customer info with other sellers or businesses. |

| A:All of our earrings are sold as pairs. Also, ALL earrings are for pierced ears. |

| A:SHIPPING in the USA is Only $1.95 per package for first class mail. Priority mail is $5.95. NO additional charge per item on most of our items, gift boxes & beads may have per item fee. Shipping includes postage, packing materials, handling, insurance & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION on all USA packages. Remember shipping & postage are different things. |

| A:We do combine shipping on multiple item orders, auctions must end within 5 days of each other. Items must be on one order & paid for together. If you purchase all sterling jewelry items we charge a flat shipping no matter how many items are in the package. See individual listings for shipping costs. |
| Q:WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE? |

| A:PAYMENT must be RECEIVED within 7 DAYS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION. Please do not bid if you can't ensure that payment will be received within 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days we will start the Unpaid Item process on ebay. |
| Q:WHEN WILL YOU SHIP THE PACKAGE? |

| A:We try to ship within 2 business days of payment clearing but it may take up to 14 business days.
We ship Monday, Wednesday & Friday, holiday weeks vary. We don't do same day shipping, the cut off is 6:00pm the day before. For example, if we receive your payment by 6:00pm on Sunday. your package will ship on Monday unless we are waiting for stock. |
| Q:HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT? |

| A:When all of your auctions with us have ended, please use our Checkout button on the auction or go to our Checkout at www.marketworks.com/pay.asp to complete the transaction, just enter the auction number & your ebay email address to access the checkout, it normally only takes about 60 seconds to process your order. |
| Q:Can I pick up my item? |

| A:Sorry, we are strictly mail order & only ship items. Our business license does not allow for on site customers. |
| Q:I have my spam blocker set to the highest setting, will your emails get thru? |

| A:Probably not, if you bid on our auctions you need to place us on your accepted emails list or lower the settings. Statistics show that 1 in 5 emails never reach their destination because of spam blockers and invalid or expired email addresses. |
| Q:My package is being delivered in California, do I have to pay sales tax? |

| A:Yes, all packages delivered in CA require sales tax to be collected. Use our marketworks checkout to obtain the correct sales tax and total for your order. If you are purchasing for resale, contact us prior to bidding, we will need a copy of your resale license. We only do resale orders for $100 or more. |
| Q:How do I obtain the combined total? |

| A:PLEASE use our SECURE Checkout to complete the transaction. It will provide you with payment & shipping options & the correct total for your location. If you won multiple auctions from us wait until all auctions are over before using Checkout to get the combined total. You can access our Checkout using the button in the auction description. |

| A:We ship most all packages thru the United States Post Office. We may use UPS or Fed Ex for larger items. The majority of our packages are shipped by first class mail, we do offer Priority mail on most orders for an additional fee. International packages are shipped by registered or Priority mail. |

| Q:What is the longest time for delivery of one of your packages? |

| A:The longest that we know of is 7 1/2 months, it was mailed by first class mail from California in January and arrived in late August in Washington DC. |
| Q:Do charms come with a split ring? |
|
| A:Our charms come as shown in the picture or as described in the description, most have a jump ring. A few do come with split rings, we try to list that in the auction description and some have a fixed loop on top that doesn't require a ring when used for a necklace (they will need one if used as a stationary charm). We sell split rings in our store. |

| Q:When will I receive a reply to my question? |

| A:We usually answer emails in the evening.
We don't normally answer emails on Saturdays, so please be patient if you email us on Friday night or Saturday. |
| Q:I paid, why does My Ebay page shows the item as not paid? |

| A:We don't use the Ebay system, we don't find that it is very accurate because too many people have access to it (ebay, paypal, buyer, seller, auction management companies).
