Yes, minimum quantity to qualify for wholesale is 30-50 pieces per design. It can be more on very small items. For your own design, there is a cost of mold, which ranges from $50-$200. One sample will be sent for approval before manufacturing. If the quantity is over our set amount, cost of the mold can be waived. Your designs will be exclusively yours. Wholesale: Can the quantity be less than 30 pieces?Unfortunately, it is not cost efficient to manufacture anything under 30 pieces. If you need less quantity, please contact

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
For U.S. Destination, we offer free shipping on most of our items; however, some lower priced items may have a nominal shipping fee of $3.99. Does the Shipping & Handling fee include insurance?
We provide Free USPS standard shipping and insurance for all domestic U.S orders. For all Non U.S orders a flat rate of $3.99 will apply. Insurance is mandatory and is $2.6 for orders over $50. After which a $1.3 fee will apply per $50 value. (Over $100 $3.9 etc...)
Can I combine multiple items into 1 shipment?
Yes, we offer a 7-day combining period with no additional charges and no quantity limit.
Can I combine items among your different account? We are so sorry to say that at this time, we are still unable to offer this.

Can you do expedited delivery?
Yes! As we process the orders and ship them out very fast, if you need expedited delivery, please contact CustomerSupport@SilverShake.com BEFORE making payment. For expedited delivery, we use FedEx. Other courier can be arranged upon request.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Please take in to consideration that we manufacture and ship from South East Asia (Thailand). We consolidate bulk shipments to our U.S office in Fort Worth TX (3-5days) and from there, depending on your shipping preference it may take between 3 to 10 days for your order to reach you. Why do I have to pay for Texas sales tax when the items are being shipped from Thailand?
We understand this concern. Most customers are not aware that they are buying from a Texas Corporation, SilverShake Corporation. Our inventory is kept in Bangkok, Thailand and is shipped from there. This is to allow us to provide our customers with the lowest costs and thus the best prices.
