How do I track my package?

A tracking number will be provided to you after your package is scanned by UPS at its initial destination. You can find your tracking number in your order history on eBay at that time. If your number is not found there then your package has not been scanned by UPS yet (and we cannot provide a number for you). Once you have your tracking number, visit ups.com.tracking/tracking.html to track your package.

How long does it take for delivery?

Packages normally take 1-10 business days from the day you make your payment, to reach its destination; providing there are now weather dealys and you have not purchased a pre-order item.

How can I return an item I received that is not the one in the listing, or if it is damaged?

If you receive the incorrect item or your item is damaged, please email us at receiving@silvertowne.com with a subject line of 'eBay RMA request' within 14 days of receiving the item to request an RMA number. Include the following in your email: your name, eBay ID, order #, item # and reason for request.

We will refund the item cost + shipping cost after we receive the item with correct RMA number attached.

**If you decide you just aren't happy with the item you bought, please contact us through eBay and we will work with you on a resolution.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

We do not accept any cancellations of orders or bids once they are placed. Please do not bid unless you intend to purchase the item. Orders placed on eBay are sent directly to fulfillment and are very difficult to retrieve in order to cancel.

What types of payments do you accept?

Please see each individual listing for payment terms. (We currently only accept US PayPal.)

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than the address on my PayPal account?

For your protection and ours, we only ship to the address associated with your PayPal account and requests to ship to a different address will not be honored.

Do you accept counter-offers for your items?

We do not normally accept counter-offers for any of our items. If a counter-offer would be accepted for an item we listed in eBay, the item would be marked with 'or best offer' by the price.

What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm EST, with exception of major holidays.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we are able to ship most of our items to valid P.O. Boxes.

Why is the serial number on the coin I received different from the one in the picture?

Item pictured may be a representative image if our initial quantity was greater than one, therefore the serial number on the coin you receive may differ from the one shown in the picture.

Why are the labels different for certain certified versions of the same coin?

Third-party grading company labels can vary in design within color listed, especially for older coins. If you need a specific label design within the color listed, please contact us before buying the coin to verify availability.

Will I receive the exact item shown in the picture?

Please check the individual listing description. We make every effort to note in the description if the item is one-of-a-kind or if we only have the one to offer - in which case you would definitely receive the item pictured. In many cases, the item pictured may be a representative image (especially if our initial quantity was greater than one), in which case you will receive an item similar to the one shown, but with the exact same specifications.

What is a troy ounce and are all of your items stated in troy ounces?

Silver is measured in Troy Ounces and all of our listings are stated in Troy Ounces - unless otherwise stated in the listing. (There are .9114 Troy Ounces in an Avoirdupois Ounce.)

Do you leave feedback for your customers?

Absolutely, we will leave feedback for you once we receive payment.

How long will it take to receive a response to an email inquiry?

Due to the high volume of emails and other inquiries we receive, it may take several days for us to respond to emails.

Especially if the answer to an inquiry can be found in the individual item listing, on this FAQ informational page, or on the SilverTowne L.P. eBay storefront, we may not respond to an email inquiry. Therefore, please be sure to refer to the information provided to make sure our question hasn't already been addressed.
