What is your shipping policy?

Since we are located in Toronto, Ontario, we have a standard shipping rate for customers within Ontario, Quebec, and USA. For customers out of the above area (B.C./Alberta/SK/Manitoba/N.B./N.S.), or other countries(*International* out of Canada/USA), please refer to our individual listing as per item's weight and size is varied.

I can understand the frustration of this issue because I also suffer from the unrealistic high cost of postage within our own country. Unfortunately, due to our smaller population compare to USA and the scattered population(east coast to west coast) and limited choice(no small packet rate as to USA), fuel charge and G.S.T.; this is the fact that is beyond our control. I hope that our fellow Canadians can understand the situation.

What payment methods I could use?

We recommended Paypal since this is the most efficient and safest way to pay online; also to speed up the shipping process. We also accept money order(e.g. Western Union/BidPay/Bank/Postal Service) since we understand that not all customers feel comfortable using credit card online.

How long does it take for shipping?

We ship within 24-48 hours after receiving payment. Shipping within Canada usually takes 3-4 business days. Shipping to USA, normally is 7-10 business days. Lately, due to the strict custom policy and random hold up, might take longer time from 10-15 business days.

For shipping to countries other than Canada & USA, it depends on the geographic area. By experience, shipping to UK, Australia, is within 8-12 business days; to Europe, 12-15 business days. Shipping to Asia takes longer, around 15-20 business days.
What is your return Policy?

Due to hygenic safety, we do not accept returns for cosmetics except for the orders that are defective during shipping process or not appropriate (e.g. we shipped the wrong item). In that case, we urge you to Email us before leaving any feedback. Christine will be glad to work with you to resolve the problem.
Do you combine shipping and how it works?
|
Definitely. We love to combine shipping since it's a mutual benefit between us and our customers. Usually it will be 30-50% less(depends on size & weight) for the second items and so on. If you intend to purchase multiple items, please wait for one combined invoice for your multiple order or Email us for more information.
What should I do if my order got lost in the mail?
|
If you have waited for a reasonable time (e.g. over 10 business days/2 weeks within Canada or over 15 business days/3 weeks within USA) and have still not received your order, please Email us. Christine will follow up on the order and email you as soon as possible. Don't worry, we will take care of the rest!
