Simply Scrapping is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc., we will make every effort to assist you where possible.
Additional shipping charges that are required as a result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to your credit card as necessary and, in most cases, on a separate transaction.
Shipping and policies are non negotiable.
Emails will automatically be generated upon shipment which may include your tracking number. there is typically 3 emails sent per order. (Pay Pal, USPS, and Ebay). Most of the time you receive 3 emails regarding your shipment. Be sure to check your spam box for mail.
Do you offer Discounted or Combined Shipping options?
YES - We offer a combined shipping discount to our customers. Upon winning more than one auction, you will receive a shipping discount on each additional item that is paid for and shipped together.
1. Designer Kits Combined Shipping PolicyYou will be charged the MOST Expensive Shipping Rate and then 1/2 the shipping rate for each additional kit that is purchased.
2. Store Items-We charge a flat shipping rate for each item. If you purchase one item you will be charged the rate for that one item. If you purchase multiple purchases you will be charged an additional fee of only $.50 per item. Buyer must pay the highest shipping price unless otherwise noted.
PLEASE NOTE: To take advantage of our Combined Shipping offer you must pay for all of your winning items together. If items are paid for without waiting for a combined invoice full shipping rates apply.
We are unable to offer any other discounts on shipping. If you are not comfortable with our shipping rates and policies, we understand. Please refrain from bidding/buying.
Shipping Information
Shipping rates are calculated on the weight and size of the products ordered including the packaging that they are being shipped in, the distance the package has to travel, and the selected shipping method. International shipping rates include handling and insurance fees to guarantee quick and safe arrival of the order.

Local Pick-up Do you allow pickups? We DO NOT allow pick ups from our home for insurance and security reasons. No exceptions. Please do not ask.

Processing Time
We do our best to process your orders in a timely manor,with no shipping on weekends after confirming online payment, this does not mean that your order will ship within a fews days after payment because sometimes we have a backlog. Paypal eCheck payments can take up to 10 days to clear. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible
Please allow 6-12 business days for delivery of your order purchase. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays in your order after it leaves our facility.

Your shipping options are based on the weight of your order and the destination address' distance from Virginia/Washington DC Area. Additional delivery time should be expected to shipments going to US Military addresses.
US Domestic: USPS 1st Class Mail - 4 to 10 business days. Available only on small, light orders.
US Domestic: USPS Priority Mail - 3 to 5 business day average. Not guaranteed.
International: USPS First ClassInternational - 1-6 weeks. Available only on small, light orders
International: USPS Priority International - 1 to 6 weeks.
USPS shipments may take up to 2 weeks if shipped 1st Class Mail or Parcel Post and up to 8 days if shipped Priority. USPS International shipments may take up to 8 weeks for delivery

International Shipping Questions We offer International Shipping on most of our items to a large number of countries. However, there are a number of countries that have restrictions due to box size that we will not be able to ship certain kits.
DUTIES AND CUSTOMS All shipments made outside of the United States may be subject to import customs charges, duties, fees and/or taxes. Customs form will declare the true value of the shipment. Please do not ask me to lie on the customs form and jeopordize my business to save you a few dollars These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Air Mail.
An estimated shipping cost is included when you checkout your order on our site.
Shipping charges are assessed before item ships at the time of Invoicing.
Simply Scrapping is not responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs or other fees associated with shipping to your country beyond the cost of postage.
By default, our customs forms will be filled out with the general description of 'Scrapbook Material.'
The total actual cost of the products will also be identified on the form as required by federal law and insurance guidelines.

Simply Scrapping reserves the right to add insurance to any package. All Wholesale Lots shipping to an International Address will be required to be insured.Because of the widely varying shipping times around the world,
Simply Scrapping can not report a package as lost until 30 days beyond its expected arrival date. At that time the post office allows 30 more days for its investigation to take place. This may or may include time working with local officials
MEDIA MAIL SHIPMENTS: ALL scrapbooking supplies do not qualify for media mail shipments. ONLY bound & printed material can ship media mail. Please do not ask us to ship our items Media Mail.
APO/AE and other Military shipments: Insurance is required on all shipments going to any military address outside the United States. This ensures protection in the event the shipment is lost or misdirected somewhere within the system. Claims are filed by the buyer
Problems With Order
If your package is lost and/or damaged in the shipping process, Simply Scrapping is not responsible for lost or damaged products. If insurance has been purchased, claims cannot be made for lost items until 30 days have lapsed providing insurance has been purchased. Claims may take up to 12 months/one year
Insurance is optional on all purchases however optional on all purchases on at the buyers expense. This serves to protect your package in the event it is damaged or lost. If buyer declines to purchase insurance you assume all responsibility for the package for lost/non delivered/damaged by the postal department. Claims will be filed by the "buyer" not the seller.
Emailson the weekends are slower. Our business hours vary during the work week so email response time is rapid. Weekends are designated for family time. Since this is a family owned business we do not keep hours 24/7 even though the Store is open.
