Sir, I wanted to write you to let you know how pleased I have been with the service received from Judy. The only word I have that justly describes everything about the way she runs her business is phenomenal!! I work in the hospitality industry and in my job having great customer service is a must. Judy has all of this and more. She keeps in touch with her customers, always has a smile in her voice, is prompt, and knows the industry. This is a must if you are in any kind of sales. Being a manager, I believe in letting someone know when they are doing a good job or when they need improvement in something. In Judy's case, no improvement is needed, if anything, she could show some people in my industry a thing or two about customer service. She is to be commended for the way she runs her business and communicates with her customers. I am new to Ebay and have heard how some sellers can be difficult to deal with, therefore when I do buy, I check ratings and so forth on each seller I am considering. Judy's reputation speaks for itself. She is wonderful. When there was a problem with my order, she contacted me immediately in addition to sending me the information in my lot! I was flabbergasted! Not only that, but she actually took the time out of her extremely busy schedule to contact me on the phone and check to make sure I had received my order!! Talk about customer service!!!! Wow Wow Wow!! I wish I had 10 Judy's running my front desk. That is how great she is, and I think as her rep, you should know.
