Based on International laws and shipping carrier rules some products are not available for International sale. Larger or heavier items may be designated as available for US sale only. If you are an International customer wishing to buy an item designated as available for US customers only, you may email us to see if the item can be made available with a shipping surcharge.

Most of our products are Brand New and purchased directly from Distributors. Occasionally, we also sell products purchased on Closeout and Inventory liquidations. Unless specifically stated to the contrary, all products are NEW.
We combine shipping and include insurance!
The buyer pays shipping charges. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total of all purchases within one invoice. Purchases made within 7 days can be combined within one invoice when paid with one payment. Each payment is treated as a separate invoice with shipping charges.
Our shipping charges are all-inclusive. We do not charge additional fees for handling, packaging or insurance. We insure all US and Canadian Parcels. We insure other International parcels when Endicia Insurance is available.
These rates include Endicia insurance (where available) and US parcels include Delivery Confirmation.

Standard Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Most parcels will ship from our facilities within two business days (excluding holidays and weekends.) We will send you an email with shipping details when your order is shipped. All US Parcels are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and can be tracked on-line. International tracking is very limited through the US Postal Service.
Standard shipping for US and International shipments is by First Class/Parcel Post. US customers will usually receive packages within 5-10 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO may take longer. International deliveries will often take two weeks or more. Delays may occur in customs. If an International parcel has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us so that we can assist you in filing an insurance claim.
Expedited Shipping is available at an additional charge.

Stated shipping costs are for one address only.
Each address must be processed on a separate order.

For your convenience we also accept Money Orders/Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks. We hold shipment until checks clear.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS must be paid by PayPal or International Money orders. Since we are charged a $5.00 fee for cashing International money orders, please increase International Money Order payments by $5.00 US to cover our expense of cashing it.
