We prefer PayPal! However, if you wish to pay via money order or cashier's check (US Funds only), you may email us for our shipping information.
You may combine shipping up to 7 days and pay for all your items at once. Email us if you are having problems with combining your invoice.
We are happy to leave all of our customers a glowing positive feedback as soon as we shipped the item. However, if a problem occurs with our transaction, please don't be too hasty in leaving a negative or neutral feedback. Email us ASAP and be assured that the utmost effort will be made to correct the situation.
Please pay for your item within 10 days of auction end. We get an automatic alert for NON PAYING BIDDERS from eBay and needs to be cleared or NPB will be filed. For any other reasons that you are not able to pay for your items, please let us know immediately. We will file a Mutual Withdrawal from Ebay to settle the item. Please do not be alarmed, a Mutual Withdrawal between the buyer and seller will not be charged againts you. This is just a way for us to recover our fees for listing the item in question. We ship First Class Mail via USPS and ship Priority Mail on bigger/heavy items. Our shipping rates varies depending on the size, weight and type of the item.
APO and FPO are welcome.
All domestic items are mailed with confirmation numbers.
We now insure all items free of charge. If your item was lost or damaged during transit, we will take care of all the paperworks for you. All you have to do is send us a note with your mailing information stating that your item did not arrive and or damaged in transit. We need that written note from you so we can forward it to our insurance company. |
