Unless you request blank with image only they will be personalized by me and you may have up to 5 lines of whatever text you want. Please send information requested via e-mail AFTER you have completed the purchase you have been sent the invoice from me with your total and instructions.

These are printed in photo quality and are very nice. You will receive an equal number of all images shown unless otherwise requested. You will not be disappointed. Please check out my other labels on my eBay listings or on my store I will combine shipping on ALL eBay items.
