| A:14 Day Return policy USA ONLY on UNWORN Footwear, Corsets or bustiers THAT DO NOT HAVE G-String or Thong, Pants, Robes, or Nightgowns, etc
30 Day exchange/merchandise Credit policy for anything past 14 days UNLESS IT IS A SEASONAL ITEM, or of PERSONAL NATURE, (G-strings, Thongs)

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, we combine shipping for both Domestic and Overseas orders. Please email us with the items you want to combine, or purchase both and we will combine the invoices for you. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All Auction and Fixed Priced Items Ship within 72 hours from our CA office. However, store inventory which can be in several different states, ship between 3 and 10 days. If item is out of stock on backorder, we will notify you within 5 working days. Please email us if you need an item right away. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We use the calculated shipping charges via USPS for all shoe and boot orders and we charge 1.00 handling fee to cover the cost of the packing material's. We ship via UPS for most of our store inventory and that is 6.95 for the first item plus 1.50 for each item after that. We ship via USPS for our auctions at 4.00-5.95 for standard shipping |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, we ship all over the world. Please email us with the item/items you want to ship and we will quote you a the shipping price, if not already stated in an auction |
| Q:How long does it take to receive my refund? |

| A:If an item was not in stock a refund is issued immediately. If item is being returned to us, it can take between 10-21 days to process this refund. |
| Q:How do I size a corset? |
|
| A:Use your Bra Band Size for Corsets that are 32,34,36..etc.. If your chest is a D or above GO UP ONE SIZE... |
| Q:Footwear Sizing |

| A:MOST OF OUR SHOES/BOOTS are WHOLE SIZES ONLY... So go up a size not down if you are on the Half size.
For shoes/boots with Heel 5" and Higher, going up a size will make boot/shoe more comfortable, |
