NOTE: IF YOU REMOVE THE TAG - OR OPEN THE CELLOPHANE WRAPPER or BOX- YOUR ITEM IS NOW UNRETURNABLE- IF YOU TRY ON ITEM AND LEAVE DEODORANT MARKS, THE SMELL OF PERFUME OR ANY SIGNS OF WEAR  ITEM IT IS UNRETURNABLE! ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED BACK WITH NOTE EXPLAINING WE DO NOT TAKE BACK WORN/DAMAGED ITEMS.

Our Return Policy

• Returns to be made within 30 business days of receipt.
• Only unworn, unwashed,unused items with all the orginal tags attached can be returned AS WELL AS PACKAGING-Note: cellophane wrappers & Boxed items must be unopened.
• Sale items, and custom orders cannot be returned.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• SEASONAL ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED(Costumes)
• ITEMS WITH G-STRINGS/THONGS and of personal nature CAN NOT BE RETURNED-STATE LAW. THAT MEANS ANY LINGERIE,LEATHER OR VINYL ITEM WHICH INCLUDES a Thong, G-string, etc... please do not email us that you have not tried on the bottom and want to return/exchange item's. We simply are unable to.

• The item being exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with the orginal tags attached.

State Health Laws, prevent a return on any item with a thong, or g-string or of a personal nature (thongs, bikinis,). For obvious health reasons. They can't be RETURNED OR EXCHANGED it is AGAINST THE LAW

FOOTWEAR:30 Day Return Exchange Policy

Try item on  the carpet or a towel, no signs of wear, cuff marks or heel marks, must be returned in orginal packaging (ie. Box) DO NOT SHIP BACK USING ONLY THE BOX AS THE PACKAGING. TAPE DAMAGES THE BOX AND ITEM BECOMES UNSALEABLE AND WILL BE RETURNED AT YOUR EXPENSE.
