• We guarantee for all used items that we will clearly state tat the item is used and describe the conditions of the items clearly. Please contact us and get confirmation before you place your order if you have any questions or concerns.
• We guarantee will disclose our full contact information to make sure you can reach us and get the response in time.
• We guarantee we will respond to all inquiries 24 hours. For email communication, please make sure your email address will not mark our emails as spam or be identified as spam in the Yahoo mail system. If you don't get a response from us within 24 hours, please use the CONTACT SELLER feature on eBay to contact us.

Shipment Terms

• We guarantee we will provide the safe and professional packing for each shipment to make sure it will not be damaged due to poor packing. But we cannot be held responsible for damage due to re-packing by customs. Sorry, but we can not control this.
• We guarantee we will ship all items within 2 business days after payment has cleared. For customers using E-check payment there will be a 3 - 5 days delay because of the bank transfer process.
• We will send the detailed shipping information to your PayPal email address after the shipment. Please make sure your PayPal email address will not spam the email from the Yahoo mail system and will not spam the PDF format attachment.
• All items will be shipped from P.R. China by the China Post Registered Air Mail, SAL, Air Parcel, or EMS overnight express delivery. We will clearly state the detailed shipping method in each item’s listing. If you have any questions or concerns about the shipment method, please contact us and get confirmation before you place your order.
• We will not ship some items to P.O. Boxes or APO/AFO addresses. We will clearly state this in the item listing. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us for confirmation before you place your order.
• Unless otherwise pre-arranged  we will ship the items to the address in your PayPal account. If you want us ship the items to another location, please contact us for confirmation before you place your order.
• We will declare the contents on the custom declaration label, and will declare the package is a personal gift. If you have any questions or concerns or if you have any special requests, please contact us for confirmation before you place your order.
• We don't pay for any inbound customs taxes, so if you have any special requests concerning the declaration price, please contact us for confirmation before you place your order.
• The normal delivery time from shipment date is approx 16 - 18 business days worldwide, but please be aware this is fully based on the ground delivery service by your local postal service.
• SPECIAL NOTICE: Based on our experience and customer feedback, delivery to France  and to Italy may take longer - normally it will be 22 - 24 business days or more.
• If your items have not arrived within one month from the shipment date, please contact us and we guarantee to respond within 24 hours.

Shipping Cost & Insurance Terms

• We will clearly state the shipping cost in each item’s listing. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for confirmation before you place your order.
• The shipping cost in each item’s listing includes all handling fees and packing material fees – there will be no additional handling fees or packing material fees.
• We will use Registered Air Mail, SAL, Air Parcel, or EMS overnight express delivery for all shipments, and we will be responsible for any lost  packages, so insurance for each item is required – sorry, no exceptions. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact us before you place your order.
• For multiple items purchased at same time, we will combine the shipment in one package to reduce shipping costs for you. Please see the bundle purchase description for details.
• For bundle purchases, we will combine the shipping cost only - the insurance for each item is still required.
• The shipping cost in each item’s listing is for the shipping method given in that item’s listing. If you want to use another shipping method, please contact us for confirmation before you place your order.

Bundle Purchase Terms

• If you buy multiple items from us at same time, we will combine the invoice and ship all items in one package to reduce shipping costs.  
• For bundle purchases, you only need to pay the full shipping cost for first item – for additional items you will get $2.00 discount on the shipping cost for each item. Please see the following example details. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for confirmation before you place your order.
• Example: Suppose the shipping cost for item A is $15.00, the shipping cost for item B is $10.00, and the shipping cost for item C is $8.00. If you buy items A, B and C at the same time (bundled together), the final total shipping cost will be reduced from $33 to $29.00, saving you $4.00.
• In some cases the shipping cost additional items may be free - we will clearly state this in the item’s listing.
• The shipping cost for some items is free; therefore these items do not qualify for discounts when bundled.
• Bundle purchase savings apply to shipping costs only. It is not available for the insurance, so each item's insurance is still required for the bundle purchase.
• The easiest way to do a bundle purchase is use “BUY IT NOW” to buy all the items you want, but please don't pay for them until we have modified the total final shipping cost and sent the combined invoice to you. Then you can use this combined invoice for the payment.
• If you have any questions or concerns about a bundle purchase, please feel free to contact us and get confirmation before you place your order.

Payment Terms

• We prefer payment by PayPal.
• We don't accept  any type of check, money order, bank direct deposit or C.O.D.
• Based on eBay policies, we cannot list Western Union Money Transfer or cash in mail as the payment method. If you have any questions or want to use these two payment methods, please contact us for confirmation before you place your order.
• If payment is delayed for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible.
• No items can be shipped until payment has cleared so please make payment as soon as possible. We will hold all items for one week only.
• We fully support the all eBay policies. For any unpaid transactions, because eBay will charge a transaction fee to us, we will submit an “Unpaid Report” to eBay one week after the bidding closes. eBay will automatically send an unpaid strike to the winner. Sorry for the any inconvenience by this case…but this is eBay policy.

Feedback Policy

Warranty Terms

• We guarantee that all items pictures in our eBay store are real units and exactly match the description of the item unless otherwise noted in the listing.
• For all new never used items, we offer refunds for return items if you are not satisfied. Please contact us within three days after you receive the package (based on the post sign on the package, and please provide the picture of it to us). We will refund all costs (including the original shipping costs but excluding insurance costs) within three business days of receiving the returned item. However it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping to us. You are also responsible for proper packing.
• For new never used items, if you are not satisfied or if the item has a problem, please contact us first for confirmation. We will be responsible for the re-send shipping cost after the repair, but you are responsible for shipping costs to us, customs taxes or insurance for the return shipping to us.
• For used items, if you are not satisfied, you can return the item for a refund. Please contact us within three days after you receive the package (based on the post sign on the package, and please provide a picture of it to us). We will refund all costs (including the shipping cost but excluding the insurance cost) within three business days after receiving the item from you. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to us, customs taxes and insurance and you are responsible for proper packing.
• For any return-based refund, you are responsible for proper good packing. We cannot provide any refunds if the returned item is damaged due to insufficient packing.
• Insurance is required for all items. We will provide a full refund (including the shipping cost and the insurance cost) or re-send a new item without any additional charge if the item is lost on the way. Any list items must be investigated by the shipping service. Investigation here will be done by China Post, and this process may take up to two months. Or if the buyer can provide proof from their  local post or shipping company that the item is lost, we will provide a full refund within three business days.
• If the items are damaged  because our packing was inadequate, we will provide a refund (including the shipping cost but excluding the insurance cost) or provide a free replacement  part, but this term is available for the item only, not for the packing box or original item's box. In this case, we require that you provide a picture which clearly shows the nature of the damage.
• SPECIAL NOTICE: We cannot provide any refunds for items which are not returned to us. Sorry – No Exceptions
