| A:Returns on request are not customary with auctions. If we make an significant error in an auction listing (measurements approximate), or your new purchase is flawed, we will refund or replace 100% (our option) including shipping. Don't like a new store purchase? Return it for refund less shipping and 15% stocking fee, at your request. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? Can I wait until next week and combine with those auctions too? |

| A:Yes, we charge one $2.00 handling fee for your entire order, domestic or international, you pay only for the additional postage by weight, usually pennies. No additional charge at all for International purchases. Five item limit on Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope. We can combine purchase made for up to five days. |
| Q:When will my item ship? How will I know when my item is shipped? |

| A:Items ships within 5 days of payment, normally sooner.Check shipping status by clicking View Order Details from the item's auction page. When shipped, a notice is sent to you from Pay Pal shipping. Because this is a remote area your package may take a few extra days to arrive. On rare occasions, shipping may be delayed by my health. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:One $2 handling fee, plus the actual cost of postage, for anything you buy in a 5 day period. International destinations, select your country from the menu, we ship using Priority (up to 5 items) or Express ONLY. NO FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL EVER! Guam, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada are NOT US for shipping, select your own country code!! |

| A:Yes, click on the pop up Country menu and select your Country to see the shipping charges for the available options. Either USPS Express Mail International, which includes insurance and tracking up to $100, or USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope, if the order is under $25.00, up to 5 items, at your own risk. |
| Q:Can I wait and purchase more items before paying? |

| A:You may combine auctions and store purchases made in any five day period, we will update your invoice as you make purchases. We apply this policy equally, no exceptions. |
| Q:What payment methods do you take? |

| A:Pay Pal only. |
| Q:Do you ship with tracking? |
|
| A:It depends on the option you select. US buyers may opt for Priority Mail, which provides tracking, or the less expensive First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation, which does not, it only provides confirmation of delivery. If the item gets lost, you won't know why. For International, only Express includes tracking. |
| Q:Will you notify me when my item ships? |

| A:You will recieve an email notice from Pay Pal shipping when the postage is purchased. It is sent automatically, and no other notice is sent. You may check at any time by clicking View Order Details from the auction page. You will see the date that the postage was purchased, always the same day it is shipped. |
| Q:How accurate are the specifications in the listing? |
|
| A:As accurate as possible. In most cases there is no way to verify age or similar factors. I usually don't test metals, and can only offer my opinion when it comes to composition, which can be tricky. I do make mistakes. Condition is a subjective judgement, and should be decided by the buyer by zooming in on the photos. Ask questions BEFORE bidding!! |
| Q:I want to buy several of something, can you make a deal? |

| A:We sell on a very small profit margin, and ebay has very high fees, as a result we cannot, in most cases, give additional discounts for multiples. |
| Q:Where do your items come from? |
|
| A:All over! I buy from estate sales, flea markets, thrift shops, yard sales, religious suppliers, churches, religious brothers and sisters, and here on ebay. New stuff comes from all over the world. All of our new sterling and pewter medals are made in the USA, something I was very glad to find! |
| Q:Are you a real Nun? |

| A:Depends on the definition you use. If you saw me in my habit, you would sure think I was a Nun, but I am actually a religious Sister. A Nun lives in Cloister, a Sister does not. I am a member of the Cloistered Heart Myrrhbearers, an Ecumenical Order born from the Evangelical Sisters of Mary. |
