1. I am new to eCommerce and the Internet...Can I do this?
Answer: Absolutely. Our websites are developed for the experienced webpreneur as well as the novice internet user with little or no HTML or programming experience. These sites are easy to manage and operate and include various types of support.

2. Can I change parts of the website?
Answer: Yes. Once we have installed the website into your hosting plan you will have full access to the control panel of your site You can do whatever you like at that point.

3. What are the server requirements??
Answer: Every server is different. All of our websites are designed to work on Linux servers. Some hosting companies use windows servers and many of the functions in our scripts will not work properly. All of our scripts are guaranteed to be tested and working on our servers. We will attempt to make a script work on another companies server but are not responsible for other companies restrictions.

4.Can I resell the website?
Answer: You can resell the website as it is delivered to you. You may not duplicate the site or it's contents though.

5. Can I host my site with another company?
Answer: You can host your new website with another company. In order for us to install the site on your own server or another host companies server you will need to purchase the installation from our eBay store for $10. We will also need the ftp log in for the control panel. Please note...we DO NOT distribute a zip file for the site. You will receive your site installed and online...ready for you to take control of it.

6. Do I need to purchase a domain name?
Answer: Unless you are bidding/buying a website that specifies "established" and gives an established domain name then you will need to purchase a domain name.

7. Can I purchase your auctions from your website directly?
Answer: You are more than welcome to utilize our products and services from any venue you may find us. It is our policy though that we will never ask nor demand that you purchase an ebay listing from another venue other than eBay. We do not mind paying eBay for their services and will gladly place a private auction for any items we do not have listed on eBay.

8. Do your products come with Reseller Rights?
Answer: Many of our digital products and software do come with reseller rights however our turnkey websites do not. You may not duplicate and resell any part of the website you purchase. Be sure to read the full description regarding all products as reseller rights will be stated if they exist.

9. What extent of support do you offer?
Answer: We offer unlimited technical assistance to all of our hosted clients via telephone, email, and live help.If you purchase our products and host elsewhere you will still receive 30 days of support via telephone, email, and live help from the day the installation is complete. If you need additional services such as changing layout, banners, advertisements, or colors then you will need to contact us via email for a quote for these types of changes.

10. How much experience does SiteShrine have?
Answer: When you utilize our services and products you are utilizing nearly 25 years of combined experience. We have professional designers, coders, and technicians available to provide you with the best products and services available.

11. I have seen some of your products being sold elsewhere...are the websites exclusive?
Answer: Turnkey websites are not sold exclusive. However, we can provide you with an exclusive website similar to any layout and design we have. Email us with the details of your needs and we will provide you with a detailed proposal.

12. Does Interactive have full legal distribution of the products listed?
Answer: Absolutely. Though some of the products we distribute are not exclusive to our venue we are licensed by the original designer/programmer to distribute the product.

13. If I  purchase a website and I am denied for an affiliate program that is part of the site do I receive a refund?
Answer: We do not refund sites based on another companies decision. It is recommended that you apply for affiliate accounts prior to purchasing  a website that revolves heavily around the specified affiliate program.
