Damaged products will be accepted for return if reported within 14 days of delivery and upon authorization from Sizzix Outlet. Sizzix Outlet Consumer Support can be reached Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., PT.
Email us for return authorization and instructions. Include your name, eBay item ID and reason for the return.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. Products must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition with original packaging.
