About Our 30-Day Returns
We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. The packing slip that came with your order shows the final date by which we can accept the return. Our 30-day returns gives you time to return a purchase, while helping us to keep our merchandise assortment fresh and in season.
What is your return policy?
To be accepted for return, all items must be received within 30 days from delivery date. Items must also be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
How Do I Make an Exchange?
SmartBargains offers you great merchandise at up to 70% off retail. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.
How do I return my item?
We supply a UPS return label along with your packing slip, which offers savings and convenience. Simply attach the UPS return label to your return package and bring it to any UPS drop-off location. You won't pay for return shipping up front; instead, a discounted shipping charge will be deducted from the amount of your refund (AK & HI: air shipping rates apply). If you prefer, you may use the carrier of your choice. In that case, simply address your return package to the SmartBargains return address shown at the front of your packing slip. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice. Please note that the UPS return label is only valid for use at UPS. Return shipping is at your expense.
Fill out the return section on the back of the packing slip that came with your order, including the appropriate Reason Code for each item you are returning. We suggest that you make a copy of both sides of the packing slip for your records. If you are using UPS to return your merchandise, please use the UPS return label from the front of your packing slip on your return package. A discounted shipping charge will be deducted from your refund (AK & HI: air shipping rates apply). If you are using any other carrier, please address your package to the SmartBargains address located on the front of your packing slip.
Pack the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip, in an appropriately sized box.
If you are using UPS, attach the UPS return label to your package and make a note of the tracking number on the label for your reference. Ship your return package using UPS or the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.

We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We're sorry, we do not accept COD returns of any kind.
