Shipping Services
We utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship our orders. We reserve the right to use any of these shipping companies at our sole discretion, despite whether our listing says one company or the other. All orders being delivered to P.O. boxes will be shipped via USPS. Most often, all transit speeds are available. We do our best to accurately list the correct shipping costs in our listings, but if a correction needs to be made, we will contact you before shipping your order. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico may be higher than our standard flat rate, and if so, we will contact you with an accurate shipping quote.
International Shipments
All international orders are shipped with insurance, and at this time, shipping without insurance is not available. We ship international orders via USPS, however if you prefer another service, you may request it. Shipping costs for orders being delivered outside the U.S. do not include any applicable customs fees or value added tax (VAT) that may be charged by the carrier. You may be required to pay these fees upon the delivery of your order.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are available upon request. Please contacts us through eBay or send an email to ebay@smarthomeusa.com with your name, eBay ID and item number.
Undeliverable Orders
If, for any reason, your order is undeliverable and your package is returned to us, you will need to pay shipping again to have it reshipped to you.
Order Processing Time
We do our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner, and usually this means orders ship out within 1-2 business days. Occasionally, an item we have listed on eBay goes out of stock quicker than we can replenish our inventory. Other times, an item listed may be back ordered by the manufacturer but due in soon. If either of these scenarios affects your order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you with an ETA and you will have the option to wait or cancel your order for a full refund.
