All winning items will be shipped within 48 hours after payment is received. We do not ship on weekend.
All shipment within the US the average delivery time is 5 days. Most of the time the package will be left
at your mailbox / front porch, sometimes a notice will be left if no one if available at the time of delivery.
For International shipment the average delivery time 7-10 days. Delay is common for overseas shipment,
mostly due to custom clearance. Please understand that this is beyond our control. |

Domestic USA:
Optional $2 insurance to all Domestic packages. Please check or uncheck the insurance option when you checkout. That way, you will be insured up to the item’s purchase price.
We will be glad to process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Insurance claims may take up to 45 business days to complete.
Once we receive the insurance claim from USPS, we will refund you within 24 hours.
USPS insurance does NOT cover shipments that track as "Delivered".
International:
There is no insurance for International packages unless you pay Express Mail International.
