We understand that there are risks involved in ordering items online and we want you to be 100% satisfied
with your purchases.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return
UNWORN ( no wearing marks ) merchandise
for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Simply print and fill out the Product return form (click to print a copy now) on this link
and send us the items you would like to return/exchange and include the original invoice
along with the returned merchandise in order for us to process your item quickly. 

Auctions/Items ending with a price of $10 USD or less are FINAL.
No returns or Exchanges wil be accepted.

Sales are Final to all watches.

Return must be send back with its original packaging and send back to us with protective shipping box or wrapped with thick paper. 
Return received without the original box and unwrapped will be subject
to 15% restocking fee based on the total price including shipping. 

We recommend that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance. 
That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping.
Returns will be processed 7- 9 business days upon receipt of package.
We will issue full refund for the purchase price less shipping fee.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

We are happy to exchange your unworn merchandise. You may exchange UNWORN (no wearing marks) merchandise

Exchange is based on item (size/color) availability. Our inventory turns very rapidly everyday,
because of that we can not guarantee item availability.

and tell us the item(s) you would like to exchange and include the original invoice along with the exchange merchandise
in order for us to process your item quickly. 

Item must be send back with its original packaging and send back to us with protective shipping box or

Item received without the original box, or worn and or unwrapped will not be honor for an exchange and will be send back to you.

Once we received the exchange item in satisfactory condition, we send the new item to you.
If the new item/size you desire is not available, we will notify you by e-mail. In that case, you can choose
different style (equal or lesser value) as your exchange item. 
But if you change your mind and do not wish to proceed with the exchange, let us know and
our return policy will take effect

To err is human. On very rare occasions, we do make mistake. When this happens, please contact us prior to leaving any feedback,
we do our best make it right. We may or may not require the original item to be returned back to us. 
We may request for a photo of that item and we reserve the right to so.
We will provide a return shipping label OR reimburse return shipping cost (USPS mail only).
