How long will it take to get my items?

Most of our orders ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Occasionally, some orders may take a little longer. For U.S. sales, all orders are shipped FREE via United States Postal Service (3-5 business days).

If your order is shipped from our Asia Pacific warehouse, please allow 10-15 business days. An USPS tracking number will be uploaded and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered eBay email address.

Orders outside the United States are shipped via EMS or other carriers (15-35 days), unfortunately they do not provide a tracking number at this time.

How can I pay for my item?

We only accept PayPal. You can make your PayPal payment immediately after clicking the Buy It Now button.

If you do not have a PayPal account, please email us for other arrangements. You can also visit www.paypal.com to open a new account.

Will I receive a tracking number once my item ships?

Yes. Once your item leaves our warehouse, we will send an email to your eBay registered email account as well as your eBay Messages Inbox with your tracking information. On occasion, some tracking numbers may take 24 hours to fully register in China Post, EMS and DHL systems.

How do I return an item I've purchased?

We offer an industry-leading 60 day return policy. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back to our warehouse. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number.
