We will reimburse Media Mail postage if the item does not match the product page description. If you reject the unopened package at time of delivery with a "Return to Sender", we will automatically accept the return postage due. |

A USPS Tracking # is always assigned. |

 | A: Since we sell only used products, we try very hard to make sure our products are a quality of GOOD or Better. When we do a final inspection, the product may not meet our standards. We will look for a replacement in inventory, unfortunately there may not be one. Therefore we must cancel your order! |
