For some odd reason USPS decided to take my boots about 1000 miles away from my destination while in the process of being delivered. The seller was so diligent in making sure that the boots were located got the situation taken care of so well! She shipped the boots out within one day of my purchase and they arrived on my doorstep 5 days later, including the weird detour.
