We ship to all countries. Your order is shipped in a padded envelope and doesn't require customs declaration. They travel as normal envelope correspondence and not as a "package". These measures help your order get to you faster. We cannot give you an exact delivery time. Our experience is that Canada takes about 5 days, Europe and Australia takes about one week. Most customers report being pleased with the short delivery times.

Mastercard, Visa, Debit Card and Paypal are preferred methods of payment and will ship immediately.

INSURANCE
Purchasing insurance is highly recommended. At only $1.80 ($2.50 internationally) it's a bargain to insure against loss, damage or theft. We can't assume liability for loss or damage while your order is in the hands of the USPS. If you decline insurance, your order cannot be replaced. If you purchase insurance, your order will be replaced immediately. We'll do the hard work of filing claims and waiting for reimbursement.

Due to health and safety standards, all sales are final. Returns cannot be accepted. Please make sure you order the correct size, color, materials, etc. However, if you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us, please contact us right away. We can't fix something we don't know may be wrong.
