We provide a three-year limited warranty on all cast aluminum products. If you have a frame failure within the first five years of ownership, We will repair or replace at our option. We warrants the powder coat finish for 2 years from date of purchase, including pealing or blistering. This limited warranty applies to residential use only. This warranty does not cover, and is void if the damage are caused by acts of nature including storms, fire, freezing, normal wear and tea, salty damp air, chipping, fading, exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents and water, abuse or failure to take reasonable care of furniture. In addition, fading cushions, mildewing, cast iron rusting, rocker and swivel mechanisms, glass and leg leveler is not cover under this warranty. Parts are replaced when possible, however equal value replacement will be offered in the event of product discontinuance. When requested, proof of purchase and /or a photograph must be provided to us.
Shortages, overage, incorrect or defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of shipment.
Do not accept a shipment, which box / carton is damaged. Consignee must make all claims for freight damage with carrier.

Orders are shipped within the Continental United States ONLY.
For Hawaii and Alaska please contact us for an estimate. All shipments require a physical address (we cannot ship to a P.O. box) and a phone number so that the carrier may call with directions or questions. Smaller items are shipped via UPS. Standard transit time is 5 - 10 business days. In most cases packages will be left at your front door if you are not home. If the order is heavy or oversized it will be shipped through a motor freight company. Standard transit time is 7 - 14 business days. The motor freight company will call you to make an appointment for delivery.
