Item arrived broke, dirty and scratched. None of which were in the photos or description. Even though the post allowed for refunds within 14 days, the seller replied only once, asking if the item had multiple photos posted and if I was trying to return an open item. I would not buy from this seller.

Package started out with a FEDEX tracking number, but was transferred to the USPS in Jacksonville, at which time, the tracking disappeared. Looked like it sat in Jacksonville for 5 days (no new USPS tracking number?) when it was in fact en route via USPS. Shipping took longer than I expected, but it was not urgent for me. The microscope works great! I am so happy to have it. (Used for livestock fecal egg counts)
