| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Returns are accepted. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item if there is a problem. Item must be returned in original condition and within 7 days. Shipping cost are not included in the refund. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We Reduce the shipping on items shipped from the same location. On the immediate payment auctions email me prior to buying if you would like a reduced shipping cost, due to combining the shipments.

Discount Shipping = Discount on the cost of shipping |
| Q:When can I expect my item to be shipped? |

| A:I usually ship within 24 hours. Some auctions will be shipped from a different location, these usually ship with 24-48 hours. If there is a delay, we will notify you. We do not ship on Holy Days of Obligations. |
| Q:When can I expect to receive my item? |

| A:When you receive your item really depends on the USPS. Medial Mail is very slow and can take 10 days to 3 weeks. Parcel Post can also take about the same time. Priority Mail is of course the quickest and usually takes approx. 3-4 days. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We no longer ship internationally. |
| Q:Will I be notified when it ships? |

| A:Yes, we always send an email when the item is shipped. |

| A:I try and leave feedback for all completed sales.

| Q:How often do you answer emails? |

| A:I usually answer emails within a few hours. If I don't respond, it could be because I am away from home, or computer problems. If you have a question and I don't respond to emails feel free to give me a call. But according to ebay rules, I believe you have to be a bidder on my auction to obtain my phone number. |
| Q:Do I have to pay Sales Tax? |

| A:NY State Residents to have to pay sales tax. We are required by law to collect sale tax. In NY the tax rate varies from County to County. The 7% is just an estimate. Please wait for an invoice. We have to calculate the correct sales tax for your county. |
| Q:Do you accept Money Orders? |

| A:We only accept Paypal as per the new EBAY regulations. |
