Please wait for a combined invoice when making multiple purchases.  Ebay's system over estimates the shipping and handling so I have turned it off.   If you do not wait for an invoice you may be overcharged.  No refunds will be given.  Ebay's system does not calculate combined shipping correctly or for use of Flat Rate Boxes on multiple purchases so please wait for an invoice to be sent on multiple purchases.  Shipping and Handling on a Flat Rate Box is actual cost of postage plus $2 handling.  Shipping on larger orders that will not fit in a flat rate box will be combined to save you money and shipped via Fedex or UPS ground.  You must make one combined payment to receive the combined shipping rate.  I may not be able to combine some larger orders or lots if I don't have the boxes etc to do so. Some Sale or clearance items may not be combined.  See the listing description for details.  I charge actual postage plus I add $1-$3 Handling per order; not per item.  Handling fees are absolutely necessary to cover the cost of Ebay and Paypal fees and packing materials; including packing peanuts, foam, bubble wrap, shipping labels, printer ink and other items associated with the cost of shipping.  Handling fees range from $1-$3 depending on the number of items won.  $3 handling is rare and usually only on large orders shipped Fedex.   We reserve the right to choose the carrier based on the size, weight and destination of the package even if it differs from what is listed in the item description. BUYER PAYS FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS including Postage, Shipping cartons, bubble wrap/peanuts, printing of shipping labels and other shipping related costs.  We may not offer insurance on all items. If Insurance Is  requested OR purchased we reserve the right to Self-insure the items instead of purchasing insurance through the post office or other carrier. We will only self-insure if we have the items in stock and can replace them should they be lost or damaged in shipment. Damaged items must be returned to receive credit/replacement.  Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.  If insurance is not purchased there will be no replacement or refund for loss or damage in shipment. Even if we do not offer Insurance on an item we are not responsible for loss or damage in shipping once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We must have a phone number for packages shipped Fedex or your shipment may be delayed.

Payment is required within 5 days of auction end or Buy It Now purchase.  Notify me by email if mailing payment.Checks must clear before merchandise is shipped. Return Check fee is $25.00.
Returns accepted only on specific items as mentioned in the individual listing within 7 days of receipt if a return policy is stated in the auction for that item. Must be returned in same condition as sent. S/H is NOT refundable. Buyer is responsible for return postage.  Merchandise not returned in original condition or within the 7 days will not be refunded or returned to customer.  Perfume, lotions and Bath products can not be returned or refunded.  

 Product note: All my items are handmade/homemade and do  not contain a lot of commercial preservatives & color enhancers. Some of the colors I use may fade when exposed to strong light.  Therefore, these items are best used within 10 days of receipt.   Some color changes/ darkening may occur over time due to vanilla in the products.  This color change is only cosmetic and does not affect the usefulness of the product.  No refunds /exhanges will be given for color change in product.    I do use preservatives to guard against bacteria/mold as required in lotions, bath oils, room sprays etc. but color change may still occur.
