Mattress Delivery Information

Thank you for logging on to confirm your shipping address, order information and additional shipping information. Please provide us with two alternate contact numbers.

We need to let you know that this delivery is set up for curbside delivery and you will need to have someone there to help you get your mattress set from the truck to the house.

We need to verify this with you because the delivery company can charge $60.00 or more for an assisted delivery to the nearest structure. We would be more than happy to contact the delivery company to get you a quote if you will require assistance. In most but not all cases you will be notified before the delivery is made and we will set up a delivery window. This will allow you to have someone there to assist you.

(NOTE: If there are stairs or it needs to be delivered within the house somewhere we will need to get a quote from the carrier. For a time definite delivery we will also need to get a quote from the carrier.)

Once your order is confirmed, the shipping form will be submitted to the warehouse. Your mattress set should be delivered in 14 to 21 business days not including weekends and holidays. We will contact you again when the mattress set is in your area to set up a delivery window. Thank you for your order.
