||By making a purchase of one of our products and submitting a payment, you are bound by the terms and conditions contained in this document. Should you encounter a problem after making a purchase, we suggest that you read through this information and/or contact us immediately. We do everything in our power to ensure that our customers are satisfied.|
||The preferred form of payment is PayPal. We will also accept BidPay, cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks. If we receive a personal check, no merchandise will be processed or shipped until the check has cleared. If a check that we receive is drawn on insufficient funds, the customer must pay a $24.00 service fee before being allowed to make any future purchases. All electronic payments are due within 10 business days of auction close or buy-it-now purchase. If you are paying by check or money order, please let us know by selecting the appropriate payment method or send us an email indicating your intentions. After 10 days, if we have not received a payment or any notification, we will issue a few payment reminders. If there has been no response after 5 more days, we will issue a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) form to recover some of the fees. As long as we receive regular communication, we will do what we can to accommodate customer issues or problems that might delay payment. |
||There are no additional fees associated with your purchases unless an item must be insured or you reside in the State of Texas. Insurance is optional on most of our items. Insurance is required on ALL merchandise priced at or above $100.00. Texas residents are required to pay sales tax of 8.25%. Sales tax automatically computed on many of our listings.|
||Items will be shipped within 48 hours after payment has been received. In some instances, a sudden change in the availability of an item might delay shipping longer. If there appears to be an extensive delay, we will notify the buyer and offer other options, which might include but are not limited to a cancellation of the order. More information about this is contained in the item availability section of this document.
We offer several shipping methods, which may vary depending on the location of the customer. Customers receiving domestic shipments have the option of selecting from one of three shipping methods. International customers also have several options, but please contact us directly prior to placing your order. We will let you know whether or not we can ship to your area. Various restrictions and fees may apply when shipping to certain countries, so we may need to update the invoices accordingly.
Below are a list of the options we offer and a brief explanation of each.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within the United States):
- Media Mail - Media Mail is a special class service provided by the US Postal Service and can be used for shipping computer software. It is the slowest, but cheapest shipping method. Includes Delivery Confirmation. Many times the package is delivered in 7-10 days, but we have also seen that it can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. The United States Postal Service MAKES NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY TIMES.
- First Class Mail - Regular mail. Not available for items that weigh more than 13 ounces. Includes Delivery Confirmation. Typically arrives within 5-7 days.
- Priority Mail - FASTEST DOMESTIC DELIVERY! Includes Delivery Confirmation. Typically arrives within 2-3 days.
- APO/FPO, Military, Puerto Rico & US Territories- Shipping may take longer to these locations and tracking is not available.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the United States):
- First Class Mail International - Standard international mail. No tracking available. Typically arrives within 1-2 weeks.
- Priority Mail International - FASTEST INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY! No tracking available. Typically arrives within 6-10 days.
- Import duties and Taxes: Some countries may charge import duties and taxes. We do not pay or collect duties and taxes. That will be the responsibility of the receiver.
**The US Postal Service does not offer tracking for international packages shipped via First Class or Priority Mail International, please contact us for FedEx rates if international tracking is desired.

If you would like for us to use a shipping method other than the ones listed, please let us know prior to paying for your order. We may not be able to honor all requests, but if we can, the shipping cost will be adjusted if necessary.
- USA and CANADA - Please make ONE payment with the highest shipping charge + $2.95 per additional item.
- INTERNATIONAL - Please make ONE payment with the highest shipping charge + $3.95 per additional item.
- USA - Please choose Priority Mail or Media Mail as your shipping option.

|Refunds & Returns
||All sales are considered final. Returns will be accepted under certain conditions only. Each condition is explained in the paragraphs that follow. To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each item. Be sure you have ALL of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order.
If you have not opened the box, you can return the product to us within 14 days for refund or exchange. If you decide that you no longer want the product and would like to return it, you may do so as long as none of the seals have been broken and it is clear that neither the box nor the jewel case have been opened. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred while sending the product back to us. You will receive a refund of the value of the product after we have received and thoroughly inspected the packaging. The original shipping cost WILL NOT be refunded.
If the product does not work, you can return the product to us within 14 days for refund or exchange. This doesn't mean that your system does not meet the requirements of the software. This condition will be met only if there is a defect or flaw in the CD or DVD media that prevents it from being installed on a PC or played on a game console. You must cover any shipping cost required to send the product back to us. If we find that the product is in fact defective, you will receive a full refund including all shipping costs. The amount refunded for return shipping cannot exceed the original shipping cost at the time the item was first shipped.
If you return a product that has been opened or damaged by any means other than the shipping company, we will charge a restocking fee of 10%-50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused. We will use our discretion and handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable, unless an INSURED item is damaged by the shipping company. When an insured item is clearly damaged in transit, you will be eligible for a full refund of the item cost plus shipping. We will also pay for return shipping of the product. A refund will be issued only after we receive the damaged product. You may opt for a replacement of the product instead of a refund after we have received the damaged goods.
||We ship some of our products directly while others are shipped from the warehouses of our suppliers. We do our best to stay updated with our suppliers' inventories. However, on rare occasions, there are instances when one of our suppliers runs out of stock before we have a chance to end the item listing. In such cases, you will be given the option of a full refund, or you can wait for the item to be restocked. The time frame for restocking varies from product to product. |
||We make it our goal to provide excellent customer service. All of our transactions are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Positive feedback is greatly appreciated. Once feedback has been left for us, we will leave appropriate feedback. If you have any problems with your transaction, please contact us before leaving feedback, and we will do what we can to resolve the problem.
Negative feedback is left by us only if it is absolutely necessary. If an item is left unpaid well beyond our grace period, and no response has been received by email or phone, we will fill out a Non-Paying Bidder form. It is also possible that we will leave negative feedback in these situations. We strongly advise using the eBay messaging system to ensure that we receive all communications.
