I have coins / currency to sell


We currently take third-party graded (TPG) coins and currency on a consignment basis. Please contact us for more details.

Do you "clean", "dip", "polish", "wiz", etc the coins you sell?


No! The coins we sell are in the condition as we acquired them. We make no attempt to alter the appearance. However, keep in mind many coins, especially older coins, probably at some point, somebody, somewhere, has "cleaned" the coin. If the cleaning, polishing, whizzing, etc is obvious we always intend to make note of such characteristic in the item description.

Additionally, we strive very hard to post clear and accurate pictures that are shot at 90% perpendicular angles. This is done in order to limit the creation of false luster and/or hide otherwise distracting marks. We encourage you to review all images and judge if the coin suits your standards.


What is your Return / Refund Policy


Unless otherwise noted we generally will accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All items must be returned in the same, unaltered, undamaged condition. The buyer generally will be responsibly for return shipment costs. It will be our sole discretion to determine if coins, holders, slabs, etc have been damaged or altered since leaving our possession. This does include any damage occurred during shipment back to us. We encourage everyone to insure their shipment to avoid being stuck without recourse.

If the item(s) (is) are judged to be in some manner altered / damaged we may deny a refund and send your item back. In this event postage will be at our (Some Wonderful Coin's, LLC) expense.

We encourage you to take detailed pictures prior to sending any item back. We also encourage you insure the package as if the item is damaged during return shipment your best course of action would be to have insurance and make a claim with the shipment provider.

Once the item is returned and judged to be in the original condition it was dispatched in; we may charge a 10% restocking fee to cover expenses in processing a return.


10% "Restocking" Fee? What if something happens that was not my fault?


In the event we (Some Wonderful Coins, LLC) make an error not only will this fee will be waived but we will also pay for return shipping. As most of our items ship for free packing and mailing cost are paid by us. The 10% restocking fee is to help recoup the those costs in instances were the buyer "changes their mind" or some other valid but arbitrary reason that is beyond our control. In other words it does not apply when the error caused by us.


When will I get my order?


We process all paid orders with a sense or urgency. Our goal is to have all orders at the United States Post Office within the same business day. However, depending on many factors what we promise is that all paid orders will be at the United States Post Office within one business day.

Free shipping is mailed via USPS 1st Class mail. Typically five business days seems to be about average before your item shows to be "Out for Delivery". On most items we do offer the choice for buyers to upgrade their shipment to USPS priority mail which typically shows "Out for Delivery" within two to four business days.


I have bid on several auctions do you combine shipping?


Yes. If you win one or more items we will combine shipping and shipment into one package. Unless otherwise posted free domestic shipping begins when the final order total is over $9.99.


I have won (an) auction(s) and the order total is over $9.99 but when I go to check out it is charging me shipping.


We are sorry this happens. For reasons unknown sometimes eBay does not automatically combine shipping and then apply the free shipping discount. In this event: we will invoice you via eBay and manually remove the shipping cost. We typically do this automatically anyways and quite quickly. However, due to the worldwide timezone nature of eBay if you are not invoiced quickly simply let us know by sending us a message and we will take care of you.


Do you accept cash or credit card payment directly?


No. for your safety we do not accept cash payment via mail. We also do not wish the liability that comes with you providing your card details over the telephone. PayPal allows for safe and secure check out with many options (to include credit and debit cards). We wish to leave the secure handling of your personal card information to the professionals who have the resources, experience and track record to provide safe, fast and secure payment.
