Shipping will be combined on items with a flat shipping rate. Please wait until we send you a new invoice with the new shipping rate before you make your payment!
We use a calculated rate on our heavier items. 2 items with a calculated rate are not eligible for combined shipping. The shipping for these items is already based upon the weight and where you live.
*However, if you purchase a calculated rate shipping item and a flat rate shipping item, you may be eligible for combined shipping.
International Sales
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please e-mail us before bidding to get an estimate on the shipping for your country. With some of the heavier items, the shipping can be high. So don't bid and get a suprise when you see the shipping rate!
Payment Methods
Our preferred choice is Paypal. You can pay instantly or by e-check. Don't have a Paypal account? You can also pay by credit card through Paypal.
We are also happy to accept money orders in USD.
Insurance
Insurance is up to you. We have some items that a glass and fragile. We package these as best we can. We have not had a casualty yet. (knock on wood)
But in the event you do not purchase insurance and receive a broken item, we will not be able to make a refund. We will make every attempt to package all items securely.
Returns
Hopefully you never need this category! But just in case...
We will accept returns with several conditions.
We must receive the item by return mail before we will refund and money. The refund will be on the cost of the item only. This does not include shipping. You must ship the item back to us at your cost. We do not pay return shipping.
