We accept Paypal (instant funds, credit cards, and e-checks), Visa, Mastercard,
check and money order as forms of payment through our checkout system.
Please note that if you are paying by Paypal and your order is over $100, we
will only ship to U.S. domestic PayPal confirmed addresses and
international verified members of PayPal. We will ship to any address if you pay
via money order, personal or business checks, or direct with a credit card.
Please allow 10 days from the time we deposit your check before your item will
be shipped.
All payments need to be received
within 10 days from the end of the auction.

Shipping
Information |
We are proud to offer some of the
fastest shipping around. Most items will be on their way to you within one
business day. However, some of our gold jewelry may take 3 to 5 days to be
ship, especially if there is re-sizing involved. We ship USPS first class
insured mail for domestic packages or airmail for international packages; other
shipping options, including US priority and Global Priority are available as an
upgrade during checkout. All domestic packages have delivery confirmation
numbers and will be e-mailed to you upon shipment. All shipments - both domestic
and international - are gift boxed for your enjoyment as well as the for the
protection of the item.
Please note:
International customers are responsible for all import tariffs and duties. U.S.
regulations require that we accurately fill out all customs forms and provide
correct information regarding the package and its contents.
For specific customs, duties and tariff information please contact the customs
agency in your country.

Information |
When bidding on any item, it is very
important to ask questions before bidding. We do our best to be accurate
on all of our photos and descriptions, but misinterpretations and
misunderstandings do happen. E-mailing us in advance can eliminate any
misunderstandings from happening. Additionally, please remember that
colors may vary depending on
the resolution and quality of computer screen you are using as well as your
screen and browser settings and other factors. Color can also vary from
stone to stone, as is the case with all natural stones. If you are in
doubt about any aspect of the item, please e-mail us for clarification. We
are always happy to answer questions and normally do so within 24 hours.
Please be
aware that because all of our stones are already set in jewelry, gemstone
weights are approximated and may vary slightly.

Return Information |
Your satisfaction is of
the utmost concern to us. Should you need to return an item that you have
purchased, we will be happy to refund your purchase price or offer an exchange
Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable; these are
costs that we cannot get back if you decide to return the package, and as such,

instructions. All items must be received by us within 10 days of the date you
receive the item, and must be in their original condition (not worn or altered).
They must also be returned in their original gift box, and with a copy of the
packing slip. |
