Sewing machine arrived in good condition, matching description and on time. My issue was in the "note to seller" option, I politely asked not to indicate on outer packaging what was inside as this was a Christmas present for the person who would likely be accepting the delivery. Most items you buy online come wrapped etc, with any retail packaging not visible... not this time. If this is your standard procedure that's fine, but a bit of communication in return so I'm aware of this wouldn't hurt.
