Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy
At Sonic Electronix, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied. If for some reason you aren't happy with an item on your order and want to return it, we make returns and refunds extremely simple.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Any complete, like-new item returned within 60-days can be returned for a full refund. Rest assured, items found to be defective or damaged at the time of purchase can also be replaced or refunded. After 60 days, we cover the item for up to 365 days for warranty.

All returned items must include the original packaging and all contents (such as packaging material, adapters, harnesses, and manuals).

If returned items are not in like-new condition, then Sonic Electronix may refuse a return or charge a restocking fee. Items not in like-new condition include, but are not limited to: items missing original item packaging, opened software or media items, used items, installed items, abused or physically damaged items, items missing parts, items damaged due to improper return shipping, items with a different serial number or defaced serial number, pre-cut wire, made-to-order items and special order items.

365-Day Coverage
Electronics can fail and defects happen. From day 61-365 (366 on leap year), Sonic Electronix is here to help you quickly resolve your defect. Unlike others who push you to slow, unresponsive manufacturer service centers, we're here to help with the repair or replacement you need. To begin the process, follow our return instructions below. Every item returned is inspected by our team of qualified experts and professionally tested.

Shipping Policies

The default shipping rate and method listed are for residential or commercial destinations within the continental 48 United States (PO Boxes not included). 

Additional shipping fees are required for all other locations including, but not limited to:
• PO Boxes, APO/FPO locations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada and other countries outside the USA.

We will make every attempt to process and ship all items within 2 business days of your cleared payment. Following order processing, please allow proper time for delivery. UPS Ground shipments arrive within 3-7 business days. To provide the most affordable rates, small items shipped via Standard Flat Rate Shipping or USPS First Class Mail ship via a joint effort by DHL and USPS and are delivered within 7-10 days from the date of shipment.

We will update your eBay record with tracking information and send an e-mail confirming shipment. If 3 business days have passed since you sent payment and you do not receive an update through eBay or a tracking number via e-mail, please contact us immediately through eBay or phone at 1-877-289-7664.

International customers are responsible for any and all customs, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. They are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges.

Payments Accepted

All of our listings require immediate payment via PayPal. If you want to purchase multiple items, you will have to checkout for each item separately and we will typically combine the orders once they are received by us.

You can pay with any credit card on PayPal; however, if you do not have a PayPal account or you would like to pay by phone, please call 1-877-289-7664.  We will only ship to the shipping address provided by eBay/PayPal with your payment. We will not ship to an address provided in the notes/comments section of your order.

If you have a PO Box listed as your shipping address, the order must be shipped via USPS/Post Office (not UPS) and an additional shipping fee will be required.

  • We are required to collect California sales tax when the Ship-To address is in California or you pick up your item.

  • Any cancellation due to unresolved address conflicts via PayPal will be charged a $10 processing fee.

Warranty Information

Nearly all of our merchandise includes a warranty, with service provided by the manufacturer or directly through Sonic Electronix. The length of the warranty will be stated within the item description and/or specifications. If you would like a written copy of the warranty terms and conditions for a specific item, please e-mail us the item and we will send the warranty information.

We are an authorized dealer for most of the items we sell. Items with a manufacturer's warranty can be sent to the manufacturer for warranty service. If an item is labeled with a Sonic Electronix warranty it simply means the item must be returned to our facility to begin warranty service. We then send your item to the manufacturer for or authorized manufacturer service center in our territory for warranty service.
