Condition/Stock of Items: All items are new/unused unless stated in the auction page that are not. Store items go in and out of stock. This is part of doing good business volume. If you purchase an out of inventory item, you will be notified and shipped the item at its first availability. You may be refunded if the item is permanently out of stock. If an item is on a pre-approved bidder's list, then that item is out of stock or temporarily unavailable. You may request to purchase the item and wait till it returns to stock. Best Offers: Please check my store for deals and best offers. Almost every item has an option to accept best offer prices. Please note that 50% or less of the auction price is not considered a best offer.  Please also note that a best offer accepted is a discount, and only one discount is allowed per sale. Therefore, a second item will not be eligible for combined shipping.  Both full shipping prices will be collected. Combined Shipping: Multiple purchases are eligible combined shipping discounts except for cases listed specifically in the auctions. A certain items may not be combined with products that may damage it. Ebay's automatic combined shipping some times leaves the buyer overpaying for shipping or drastically underpaying. Therefore, once you have completed shopping, I personally calculate your discounts and refund them to you account. This ensures that you get accurate and worthy discounts. Payment Forms of Payment: I accept credit cards through the Paypal system. I will accept a money order in certain instances. You must contact me to pay by money order and heed the payment schedule below. Most of my store items have only immediate payment options. You can contact me to have the auction open for you to pay with a money order. Payment Deadline: Item payment is due within 7 days of auction close. Ebay automatically bills sellers for commissions at the close sales. Please pay within 7 days to avoid a nonpaying bidders case. These cases are filed in an effort to get payment or prompt Ebay to refund the commissions it has taken from the seller if you default on the sale. When Ebay refunds commissions, the buyer receives a nonpaying bidder's strike.  Three strikes causes an ebayer to be suspended from the Ebay community. I do not like to file these, but I must to get my commissions back. Shipping: Shipping Time: 99% of the time, I ship items the same or next day. BUT please understand that the policy is: Items ship within 3-7 business days of auction close unless otherwise stated in the auction.  All orders are sent with delivery confirmation to ensure arrival and are sent using the most economical method unless buyer specifically asks and pays for a shipping upgrade. Please contact me before you buy if you are in a hurry to receive the item. Optional Insurance: I inspect all my items for problems and defects before they are shipped. Please understand that I do not work for the post office, so I cannot control if they lose the package, break the merchandise or take a long time to actually ship the item to you. I take the extra step of adding delivery confirmation to each item (unless it is APO) to give you a way to monitor your item's progress. I also monitor it and I will help track it in anyway possible. Please understand that if you do not purchase the optional insurance on an item, you limit your chances of getting a refund or replacement product if the item is indeed lost or damaged by the carrier.
