Company sent an open box item when it was originally listed as brand new. It was clear that the factory seal had been cut and then taped back over. Broken glass was also found in the bottom of the box. Contacted company about it, but never received a response. Disappointed in customer service.

Item was just as described: carton beat up, but speaker undamaged and fully functional. I feel like a got an excellent value. One small issue I have with the process is the time it took me to receive my speaker. I purchased the speaker on April 14 and received it on April 26. The seller describes "$10 expedited shipping", but my item shipped FedEx ground, which isn't really expedited shipping. Overall though, I am very pleased with my experience and I would buy again from Sound City Store.

The seller claims to have shipped it, but when you look at the tracking history it just says label created. Nothing else. Now I did receive a refund even though I stated I still wanted the product. If you check the seller's feedback you'll see he has a few incidents just like the one I described. Take my words with a grain of salt. This is just my transaction and my experience doing business with this individual.
