Return Policy

30 Day Return Policy

 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sound and Lighting Solutions, simply return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date for an exchange for full merchandise credit. Call 1-954-761-8585 for a return authorization number. RA #s are only good for 14 business days. Re-pack the item in new condition. Please double box the item including its original packaging (include all inserts, manuals and accessories) and send it back to us. Products in like new condition will receive an exchange for the full merchandise value. On defective items please call 1-954-761-8585.  

Cartridges and styli, bulk cable, fog, bubble, haze or snow juice, carpeting, replacement lamps, slip mats, clothing and color media (gel) may NOT be returned.

Microphones (all types), Ear Plugs, In-Ear Monitors, or any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws.

CD-R’s, and Flash card media, LPs, CDs or software that has been unsealed/opened cannot be returned once opened.

Videotapes, DVDs, Sample Libraries, Style Disks, Sound Expansion Boards, Sound Cards, and Software (which may also include hardware bundled with software) cannot be returned once opened due to copyright law.

All approved returns must be in new condition with all original boxes, accessories, and packaging or they will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Gear that has been rack mounted damaged gear due to misuse, and any product that looks used and cannot be resold as new, will automatically be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Special order items that are specifically ordered for you cannot be returned for credit or exchange. If your package arrives damaged or defective, please let our Customer Service Department know within 15 days of receipt of your order.

Analog and digital recording gear (e.g. ADATS, hard-disk recorders, etc) or CD duplicators that show wear or significant usage time may be refused or result in a restocking fee.

We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear and with all of the original contents and packaging. Contents consist of any included parts and accessories, as well as the warranty card and manual without user's notes or markings. Packaging includes all inner and outer packaging, complete with the original barcode affixed.

Items not returned in the condition described here may be subject to restocking fees (up to 25% of the purchase price, as determined by our cost of replacing the missing items including a processing fee for this labor-intensive process) or refusal of the return. Larger items and items that we ship directly from our vendors can be subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee may apply if you refuse delivery or as a result of delivery exceptions, as well as from a typical return.
 

If you return a product for any reason in exchange for a different product, we pay the shipping charges on the product we ship to you in exchange for the product you return, but you are responsible for the return shipping on the product you send back, and we do not credit any original shipping charges toward the exchange.

In the case of a return for credit, we will credit the full purchase price of the product, but you are responsible for return shipping on the product you are returning and we do not credit the original shipping charges toward the exchange.
