The power supply came quickly and was exactly as described. I ordered a new Qchord that for some reason didn't have a power supply. I ordered this one and found out that my old Qchord was not bad after all. I found out that you can't use a universal power supply on a Qchord. I could not have been happier with my experience getting and using this power supply for my Suzuki Qchord. Thank you so much.
