Defective Item(s) or Dead On Arrival
If you feel you have received a defective item(s), email us with the relevant model number and a brief description of the defect.

All issues should be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns
When an exchange or replacement is warranted, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to do so.
Exchange orders may be subject to additional shipping/handling fees.
Only item(s) with original packaging may be returned.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers will be responsible for return shipment.
