For single item listings, please pay upon purchase. For multiple item purchase, please wait for an invoice with combined shipping.
Shipping costs shown are to continental U.S. addresses only. Additional charges may apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories. For international bidders, see information below.
Most individual items are shipped via First Class, Parcel Post or UPS. Items indicated as First Class may be shipped Parcel Post or UPS if multiple item shipment exceeds USPS limits for First Class mail. Books and publications are normally shipped via Media Mail.
Unless otherwise specified, most items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received, however, we do experience occasional delays during heavy ordering periods when new State Quarters or Presidential Dollars are released or during major holiday shopping periods. These periods may experience a 5-10 day delay depending on the number of orders received. We will attempt to notify buyers at time of purchase if we anticipate any delays. |
Payment Methods
PayPal (preferred), Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Personal Check, Cashier's Check and Money Orders accepted but must allow 10 days for clearance before shipping.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Buyer pays shipping on all items except for items indicated as Free Shipping. Items with free shipping will be combined with other items in a multiple item purchase, however, shipping charges will apply only to those items which do not offer free shipping.
Insurance
Unless otherwise stated, insurance is optional, but strongly recommended. Merchandise is shipped at buyer's risk if insurance is not purchased. Seller is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise shipped without insurance. NOTE: Postal regulations require a 21-day period after an item is shipped before any claim can be filed on insured shipments. In the event of a lost shipment, we will require a signed and dated letter stating that the shipment was damaged or not received before any claim can be filed.
Sales Tax
Texas residents must pay 8.25% sales tax.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt or no more than 30 days after close of auction (whichever comes first). In the event of shipping delays on our part, these requirements may be waived within reason. Items purchased as a lot must be returned as a lot. Items in sealed packaging or holders must returned with packaging or holder still sealed. Refund will include original purchase price and original shipping charged. Return shipping is not included in refund. |
