 Q: Shipping to Italy and Russia
  A: The risk is yours- we do not accept responsibilty for for packages lost by your postal system. We do not refund for lost packages sent to Italy and Russia. Purchase at your own risk.
 Q: May I return a used or vintage item?
  A: We do not accept returns on vintage and used items. Expect some wear- they are pre-owned.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: The buyer must contact us prior to returning an item. The item must be in new, never worn condition. Refunds are processed only after the item is returned. We do not refund postage costs.  Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes, we do combine shipping for the first five items. The next five items we add $1.00, etc.. Please wait for an invoice with the reduced shipping fees before making payment. Customs fees not included
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: We ship Monday-Friday at 7:00 a.m. PST. Our Saturday shipping time is usually 9:00 a.m.. We ship your purchase within 24 hours of payment. Domestic shipping genrally takes 2-5 days. International shipping is by USPS First Class International and takes 7-10 days.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: We ship worlwide & shipping charges vary dependent upon location and shipping options you select. Please, use the shipping calculator on the listing to determine charges to your location. Our handling charges includes costs for such things as delivery confirmation, packaging materials, fuel and our time. Customs fees not included
 Q: Photos:
  A: Most of our photos show the items the larger than actual. We do this so you may see every detail of the item. Colors vary on different monitors. Please, pay close attention to the measurements and weights included in the item descriptions- these are accurate down to the 16th of an inch and the 100th of a gram. Additional photos upon request.
 Q: When is payment due?
  A: Your bid is a legally binding contract and we expect you to honor your bid. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. If you are unable to pay within 3 days, please, contact us prior to bidding. If payment is not received within 3 days and you do not contact us prior to bidding, an unpaid item dispute will be filed with eBay on the 4th day.
 Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
  A: We accept payment through PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders. If you do not have a PayPal account, but would like to bid on item AND set-up a PayPal account, please contact us before you bid. PayPal will accept a 1 time payment for without an account.

  A: If you feel you need to leave negative or neutral feedback, please, contact us first and give the opportunity to resolve any issues.

 Q: Non-paying buyers:
  A: A bid is a legally binding contract to pay for the item should you win it. After the 4th day of non-payment we open an unpaid item dispute. After another 4 days, if you have still not paid, we close the dispute and relist the item. Opening an unpaid item dispute is the oinly way we can get our listing fee and final value fee back from eBay.
 Q: What do handling charges include:?
  A: Packing materials, incldung a delivery confirmation number, padded envelopes, boxes, tissue paper, packing peanuts, packing slips, bags, labels, tape, (all new materials) transportation to the post office and our time. This is a business and we have to pay for these items. Customs fees not included
 Q: What if my package is lost?
  A: First contact your local post office and give them the tracking number you have received by email. If they can't find it, let us know and then we file a claim with the post office. It can take 6 weeks to resolve and we refund once the post office has paid us.

  A: We are very proud of our outstanding feedback record. We want you to be pleased with your purchase. We attempt to provide the most accurate descriptions as possible, but we are not experts on every item we sell. Ask questions before bidding and examine photos carefully.
