PAYMENT & POSTAGE
Please pay within 4 days of auction end. If you are having any difficulties - please e mail me so I am aware & we can sort something out otherwise non payment programme will be used and negative feedback will be left if not completed after 2 weeks.
If buying outside of the UK - please email me for postage costs & payment must be made via paypal only - purchases over £10.00 will be sent using the Airsure service at additional cost as international parcels are not covered for loss without the insurance being taken.
Items are usually dispatched with 24hrs (working days) of payment clearing - this may not always be possible especially at busy periods. Please also note we do not dispatch parcels on a Wednesday or at weekends.
Insurance can be added ~ within the UK this will be for next day delivery insured up to £250 for International buyers this will be for Airsure ~ both can be tracked & a tracking number will be provided. Please note invoices are printed at the beginning of the day - therefore, if you take the next day delivery option you must e mail us to let us know & only orders placed before 12 will be posted that day. Also, note that if you are placing your order on a Friday it is not guaranteed next day delivery unless you pay for the Saturday delivery which incurs an additional charge at the post office.
Recorded Delivery can be added for UK buyers only - please e mail me if you take this option as it is not always clear on the invoice ~ orders over £20.00 may incur a compulsory recorded delivery charge
Feedback is left using an automated system upon receipt of buyer's feedback - this is in no way meant to have a hold over the buyer - but there were instances where payments were returned after we had left positive feedback & whilst a follow-up could be left this did not reflect in the buyer's feedback score.
Returns possible on most items within 14 days - please contact me before returning & be sure to enclose a note with your user id. All additional postage costs is the buyers responsibility unless otherwise agreed (eg. incorrect item sent etc) & it is recommended that you obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for anything which does not reach us. Only a refund of the item price & not the original postage will be made unless otherwise agreed.
As we grow & there is a larger range of stock we have had to look at ways of being able to offer continued customer service whilst keeping prices as low as possible. We have decided that all of our stock (where relevant) will be weighed as opposed to hand counted. This means that on very odd ocassions due to varying weights of beads & metals packs could vary slightly & you may receive less or more than the qty stated. This is very rare & certainly not something put in to con you - though I thought best to mention.
