Q: Do you combine shipping charges for multiple purchases?
A: Yes, we are always happy to combine shipping to help save you money. Domestic combined shipping rates are listed in most listings, for your convenience. (International rates vary by country. Please contact us for the current rates to you.) We are also happy to offer FREE shipping for U.S. orders of polish, lipsticks, liners and nail treatments that total more than $100!
Q: Why is the cost to ship one bottle so high? I know it doesn't cost that much to ship one bottle of polish!
A: You're right. Actual shipping is only one portion of the shipping cost for the first bottle. Actual shipping, the cost of the bubble mailer or box, bubble wrap, and the cost of gas to take your package to the post office all factor into that initial shipping fee. We want to be fair to you, our valued customers. So, we offer a tremendously low combined shipping fee of only $0.75 for each additional bottle. We can offer that low fee because the costs of shipping supplies have already been paid for with the first bottle's shipping fee of $3.99. Many online retailers outside of eBay that offer the same items that we do, charge a minimum shipping fee that greatly exceeds ours. Additionally, shipping fees cover the cost of insurance, so all packages shipped from this store are covered against package loss or damage during shipment.
Q: When can I expect to receive my shipment?
A: We understand your excited anticipation of your purchase. That's why we do our best to ship your package to you as quickly as possible. In order to ensure that everyone receives the same quality of care and service with their purchases, orders are packaged and shipped within approximately two to three business days after the orders have been placed and paid for. Larger orders may take a little longer, in order to ensure that everything is packaged well.
For domestic shipments: an email through PayPal will be sent to the email address that you have on file with them, giving you the details of your shipment, along with a delivery confirmation number.
For international shipments: You should receive an email through eBay informing you that your package has been shipped. Shipping for international orders usually takes between 10-14 business days to receive. Please keep in mind that once your package has been shipped, delivery time is determined by how quickly the shipping services and customs departments of both the US and the receiving country are moving. Customs form numbers are available for your package upon request.
