WTH?? Seller shipped an old, fragile item in a plastic bag with no reinforcements, then seemed shocked and angry when I told them it got destroyed during shipping. Since then, total silence. They won't respond to any of my multiple attempts to reach out, no refund, nothing. Horrible, horrible seller. So disappointing. Take responsibility for your screw ups!!

Will not ask for a refund the right way. I can not issue a refund until they do. I told them I would give them a full refund as soon as they go through eBay to request a refund but they have refused. This person is a bad buyer. The items package was messed up not the item. I have responded to her emails, but I guess she doesn't understand how eBay works. Beware, sellers. She is totally clueless.
