I believe the seller did everything right to the best of their knowledge. The bearings are installed and functionality has been restored to the motor. The downfall of the transaction was the shipping time. As anyone can see - a full month! These came in a small padded envelope that USPS would have gotten to me in 7-10 days tops. I think the eBay Global shipping program fell short on this transaction. No offence intended as I'm sure there are manifold reasons why some sellers choose it.
