Details:
- In
order to obtain a replacement product, simply give us a call. We'll
provide you with details on how to ship the damaged product back to
Specialty Pool Products, either in the product's original packaging
or in alternate packaging that provides an equal degree of protection
during transit.
- You
are responsible for freight charges to ship the damaged product back
to Specialty Pool Products, as well as for freight charges for delivery
of the new replacement product.
- After
the Warranty period of two years (730 days), this offer is no longer
valid.
- Proof
of purchase in the form of a Specialty Pool Products receipted invoice
must be presented to redeem Warranty coverage.
- Warranty
is invalid if the factory-applied serial number has been removed or
altered in any way from the product.
- This
Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as minor scratches and
dents
